Senior RCM (Clarity)

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION

The Senior Revenue Cycle Management at GFT will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring effective management of billing, collections, and revenue integrity. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive operational improvements to maximize revenue and reduce denials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve performance and financial goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the revenue cycle.
• Resolve complex billing issues and denials.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and processes.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with revenue cycle software and tools.
• Willing to work remotely.
• Ability to work US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday.
