Create and process payments to vendors, mentors, and trainers
Process intern payroll and related documentation
Raise Small Value Purchase (SVP) requests and support procurement administration
Prepare and issue invoices to sponsors and partners, including through external portals such as the Temasek Foundation Salesforce portal
Draft and process Contracts for Service (CFS) for mentors and trainers
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in the NUS procurement system
Process business expense claims and reimbursements
Maintain accurate records of all financial and administrative transactions
Provide general administrative support to the Country Director and the BLOCK71 Vietnam team as required
This is an hourly-rated position.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably within a university or public sector environment
Familiarity with NUS systems including Concur, BAPI, procurement, and finance portals is preferred; training can be provided
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Good written and spoken English
