Job Title – HR Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the organization's human resources operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities and employee induction programs.
HR Administration & Employee Records
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.
Ensure timely updating of employee information and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
Assist in handling employee grievances and maintaining positive employee relations.
Promote adherence to company policies and procedures.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Coordinate payroll-related inputs with finance or payroll teams.
Ensure accurate tracking of employee leave and attendance data.
Support employees with HR-related administrative requests.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Maintain visa, residency, and employee documentation where applicable.
Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Support implementation and improvement of HR processes and systems.
Training & Development Support
Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
Maintain training records and support learning initiatives.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR reports, recruitment updates, and employee data summaries.
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation records.
Support management with HR analytics and workforce reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR administration or human resources operations.
Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes.
Familiarity with HRMS systems and UAE labor regulations is an advantage.
