Our client is looking for a remote Case Manager who genuinely cares about people and knows how to get things done. You'll be the steady, organized presence that keeps cases moving and clients informed every step of the way.
As a Case Manager, you'll work closely with our attorneys and support staff to make sure every client feels heard and every claim is handled with care.
Opening new claims and setting them up with insurance adjusters on the defense side
Staying in regular contact with clients to gather information, collect documentation, and check in on their recovery
Requesting, organizing, and tracking medical records and bills
Helping coordinate medical bill payments and monitoring outstanding balances
Keeping detailed, accurate records of client expenses and case progress
Supporting attorneys in preparing documents and presentations for insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and juries
.You need to be the kind of person who follows through, communicates clearly, and truly cares about the people on the other end of the phone.
Comfortable and confident working remotely with a U.S.-based team
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases at once
Patient, compassionate, and a strong communicator, both written and verbal
Fluent in English (Spanish fluency is a major plus — we serve Spanish-speaking clients)
Proficient with computers: email, data entry, word processing, and case management software
Reliable during U.S. Central Time business hours
Prior experience in customer service, legal support, healthcare administration, or a related field is helpful, but not required. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and people-focused, we want to hear from you.
