Axiaa Hotel is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with other departments
Ensure excellent guest service at all times
Qualifications:
At least college level or graduate of Hospitality or a related course
With or without hotel experience (training provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willing to work on shifting schedules
