WE’RE HIRING: Finance and Administrative Assistant
Phil Eco Airtech Corp. is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations.
Salary Range: 20,000-25,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and record company sales, expenses, and financial transactions
• Maintain financial records, reports, and company documents
• Assist in posting job vacancies and sourcing applicants when needed
• Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, filing, and company errands as required
• Provide overall operational support to management.
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in finance, administrative support, bookkeeping, or office operations is required
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office applications
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Willing to do fieldwork and company errands when needed
