Reporting to the Executive Assistant (EA) of the CEO Office, the Office Manager is responsible for the effective coordination and day-to-day operations of the Hanoi office.
This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable individual who can ensure the office operates smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Provide administrative coordination support for local and regional activities
Assist with logistics for leadership visits, meetings, and events
Support cross-functional coordination with global teams
Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as required
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Proven experience in office management, administration, or workplace operation
Knowledge of Facilities Management, methods and best practices.
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
A familiarity with legislation in the areas of supplier management, Health and Safety and government office legislation.
Familiarity with compliance, health & safety, or workplace standards preferred
