📌 Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pickleball courts and related facilities.
• Monitor court schedules, reservations, and player rotations to maximize court utilization.
• Ensure all courts are prepared and available for use during operating hours.
• Maintain order and enforce established rules, policies, and etiquette.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team or contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies.
• Assist in planning and coordinating tournaments, leagues, clinics, and special events.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance and report concerns to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
📌 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Physical Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in facility operations, sports management, recreation, or customer service.
• Knowledge of pickleball rules, court etiquette, and tournament procedures is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and scheduling systems.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of performing inspections and overseeing outdoor operations.
• Organized and detail-oriented
