End User Computing Engineer

Job Description

End User Computing is responsible for leading the EUC team across Asia,

driving strategy, standards and operational excellence for Modern Workplace services. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, ensuring high service availability, strong governance, and continuous improvement across Office 365, endpoint platforms, and collaboration technologies. The role also works closely with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, secure and user-centric solutions aligned with digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the End User Computing team, including resource planning, performance management, and capability development

Define and drive EUC strategy, standards, and roadmap for Asia region

Act as technical lead for Modern Workplace solutions (M365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, etc.)

Oversee delivery of EUC projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business outcomes are met

Manage vendors and service providers, including contract performance and escalation handling

Drive automation initiatives (PowerShell, Graph API, Power Platform) to improve operational efficiency

Support multiple AI solutions and platforms for end users and development teams, including

AI Foundry, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and related tools.

Ensure security, compliance and audit requirements (e.g. PCI, internal IT controls) are met

Qualifications

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline

Strong previous work experience on Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Mobile Device Management, Office 365, EntraID, MDE, Intune, PowerShell, Teams and Sharepoint Online.

PowerBI, Power Automaticate, and MS Teams experience highly regarded.

Proven experience in leading or mentoring a technical team

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT

Experience managing regional or multi-site environments is an advantage

Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities

Experience in IT service management, vendor governance, and project delivery.
