We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive to generate business leads and support recruitment activities.
Generate business leads using LinkedIn, Google, job portals, company websites, and other online sources
Research prospects and build lead lists
Support outreach campaigns and track follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools
Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn messages, email, and other communication channels
Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Assist in day-to-day operations of Opal, the company’s AI recruitment platform
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, candidates, and follow-up activities
Work closely with the recruitment and sales team to support business growth and hiring delivery
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Minimum 6 to 12 months of working experience in lead generation, recruitment support, sales support, or a related role
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Google search, online research, and lead generation techniques
Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Good written English and communication skills
Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools
