We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive our employer acquisition strategy, build a high-performing sales organization, and establish FINN as the leading Financial Wellness and Earned Wage Access (EWA) provider in the Philippines.
As Head of Business Development & Partnerships (Philippines), you will lead FINN's employer acquisition and partnership strategy across the country.
You will be responsible for building and managing the Philippines sales team, developing enterprise go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of partnership, revenue, and activation targets.
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will personally lead high-value enterprise opportunities while coaching and developing Business Development Managers responsible for executing the broader pipeline.
You will work closely with the Country Manager, CEO, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to accelerate FINN's growth in the Philippines.
Own and execute FINN's employer acquisition strategy in the Philippines.
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Drive achievement of partnership, revenue, and employee adoption goals.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Business Development Managers and future commercial hires.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance coaching.
Develop scalable sales playbooks, processes, and best practices.
Enterprise Sales & Partnerships
Build executive-level relationships with CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, Payroll Heads, and Operations leaders.
Accelerate sales cycles through existing networks and industry relationships.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership structures
8–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial Leadership roles.
Strong network among senior decision-makers in Philippine enterprises, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
Strong foundation in structured B2B enterprise sales, including pipeline management, forecasting, value-based selling, account planning, and disciplined deal execution.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated history of building, launching, scaling, or owning new commercial initiatives, business units, ventures, or market expansion efforts.
Demonstrated success closing large enterprise accounts in the Philippines, including navigating complex and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial and revenue targets.
We are looking for a leader who combines the discipline of world-class enterprise sales with the resourcefulness and ownership mentality of an entrepreneur.
The ideal candidate has learned the structured fundamentals of enterprise B2B sales in a high-performing organization while also demonstrating a history of building new markets, businesses, teams, or growth initiatives from the ground up. They are equally comfortable creating strategy, coaching a team, and personally leading critical enterprise deals.
Existing relationships with large Philippine employers, BPOs, conglomerates, and enterprise groups.
Experience in fintech, HR tech, payroll, lending, employee benefits, workforce solutions, or adjacent industries.
Experience building and scaling sales teams within startup or high-growth environments.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual revenue or partnership targets.
Prior founder, co-founder, startup operator, or general management experience.
Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy for the Philippines market.
Establish sales operating rhythms, forecasting processes, and performance reporting.
Build strong pipeline coverage across priority enterprise accounts.
Successfully onboard, coach, and support the BD team.
Consistently exceed partnership acquisition targets.
Build a predictable and measurable enterprise sales funnel.
Close strategic employer partnerships and accelerate deal velocity.
Improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.
Establish FINN as a recognized Financial Wellness and EWA provider in the Philippines.
Build a scalable commercial organization capable of supporting national growth.
Deliver significant employer growth and employee adoption.
Develop future commercial leaders and create a strong leadership bench.
