Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

Leads the design and implementation of marketing experiments and pilot launches of new offers. The role ensures that data-driven insights from these experiments and pilots are transitioned effectively to mass execution teams for scaling.

Additionally, the role supports the strategic development and definition of customer segments to drive growth. This involves identifying unique segment needs and recommending strategies for the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

Experimentation & Pilot Executions
Design and execute marketing experiments and pilot programs to test new segment-specific offers and campaigns
Manage the day-to-day operations of experiments and pilot runs, ensuring quick turnarounds and iterative improvements
Define success metrics then evaluate results to determine viability for large-scale adoption
Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from executions to refine the segment strategy before handing off to the mass execution teams
Maintain organized documentation of results
Segmentation Strategy & Planning
Contribute to the development and refinement of customer segments and frameworks
Identify untapped segments or opportunities

Cross-functional Alignment

Act as the subject matter expert for mass execution teams (e.g., Growth, CLM) to ensure strategic intent is maintained during scaling

Insights and Continuous Improvement

• Consolidate learnings from experiments and pilot runs into actionable insights for the broader team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in executions and reporting
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory requirements

At least two years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B2C environment

Prior work in a marketing role is required

Experience in campaign execution and cross-functional coordination

Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
