We are looking for a business analyst to work on a freelance basis (up to 20 hours per week) for an initial 3-month period, with the possibility of extension.
The role involves working on the commercial side of our product, eWizard—an AI-powered SaaS platform for digital content management designed for global pharmaceutical companies. It enables the rapid creation, localization, and distribution of omnichannel content in full compliance with regulatory requirements and integration into the client’s MarTech ecosystem.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and solve their complex issues (complicated logic affecting different services);
Analyze, elicit and document business requirements, and transform them into technical requirements;
Cooperate with Solutions Consultants, UX\UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery & support;
Prepare & manage technical requirements during Software Development Lifecycle;
Create and deliver presentations of suggested solutions to key stakeholders;
Cooperate with the development teams;
Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to drive quality and identify best practices.
*Project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar;
*Office 365;
*Visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP or similar).
Experience in business process modeling technics, methodologies and tools;
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience;
Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders (internal & external) across all levels management.
