Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years of experience in product development/coordination

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Knowledge of product design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing processes

Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Understands restaurant operations beyond buzzwords: labor, food cost, menu management, refunds, voids, modifiers, kitchen flow, reporting, and franchise/multi-unit needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Experience building or managing B2B SaaS products, ideally in restaurant tech, hospitality tech, POS, payroll, accounting, inventory, online ordering, loyalty, or payments.

Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.

Comfortable working directly with engineering, QA, design, sales, customer success, implementation, and support teams.

Strong enough technically to understand APIs, integrations, databases, mobile/web apps, and third-party systems without needing to code daily.

Educate customers on how to best use the product, troubleshoot initial issues, and resolve escalated support tickets.

Analyze market trends, track competitor offerings, and collect customer feedback to share with leaders and engineers

Manage the production process and ensure that products are being manufactured on time and to specifications.
