Accounting & Finance Manager

We're seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our accounting operations and serve as a key business partner to the President and leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys both managing day-to-day financial activities and contributing to strategic business decisions.

What You'll Do

Oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and other key financial metrics.

Manage weekly payroll and maintain payroll-related reporting.

Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability initiatives.

Assist with manufacturing cost analysis and inventory valuation.

Coordinate with external accounting partners on tax filings, annual compilations, and audits.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Provide leadership and guidance to accounting team members.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, payroll, and general accounting principles.

Experience supervising or leading accounting functions.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, but not required.
