About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Property Consultant to drive property sales and provide expert advisory services to clients. This role involves generating leads, understanding client requirements, and guiding buyers and investors through the property purchasing process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Identify potential buyers and investors for residential and commercial properties.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.

Offer expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Property Sales & Transactions

Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.

Assist clients with documentation and transaction processes.

Ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to deal closure.

Market Intelligence & Insights

Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Analyze market conditions to support sales strategies.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and demand patterns.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.

Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal departments.

Ensure alignment with company sales strategies and policies.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Update CRM systems with leads, deals, and client information.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai market.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

RERA certification is an added advantage.
