The role will report to the Chief People Officer and have full responsibility and ownership of the employee onboarding process through to Day-1 onboarding. The role also includes People Operations with specific areas focusing on RNF registration and management and risk activities including RCSA. The role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a smooth and customer-centric approach. Some additional responsibilities include:
Serve as the focal point of contact for onboarding of new hires whilst managing the overall employee experience
Close partnership with the TA Partners to ensure workings towards Day-1 of employee onboarding
Take ownership of queries and contingencies that new hires may be having before and after joining the bank
Manage and monitor new hiring trackers coming through
Ensure that new hires have access to all required equipment / department / technology tools on their date of joining
Coordinate welcome messages, completion of form formalities and follow up with concerned departments to take matters to logical conclusion
Follow through with the governance and compliance guidelines to ensure all activities are done with the right process, completed in time and creating the necessary impact and awareness
Work closely with the Bancassurance sales team on ensuring successful RNF registration which includes registration via the MAS website, identification of all documents and clearing of any gaps within this process
Support RCSA activities that includes the completion of control testing, identifying the results and submitting the test results via the portal
Support the execution of various People programs to support a delightful employee experience
Support in regular audit/ compliance reviews
Participate in culture building initiatives
Effectively partner and collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, CEO Office and with the People team across Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners etc to ensure efficient plan administration, cost reporting, and excellent customer service to employees
5+ years of experience in Human Resources administration; experience in Talent Acquisition and / or People Operations is advantageous
Attention to detail and methodical mindset is needed in this role
Familiarity with HR tools such as Greenhouse and SuccessFactors would be advantageous to this role
Good communication skills and a willingness to partner with various internal teams is key
