Qualifications:

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

✅ Keen attention to detail
✅ Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ Good communication and organizational skills
✅ Experience in data encoding or administrative work is an advantage
Responsibilities:
📌 Encode and update data accurately into company systems
📌 Maintain and organize records and documents
📌 Prepare reports and monitor data accuracy
📌 Coordinate with different departments as needed
📌 Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
