About Us
We are a company involved in international education, English study programs, student accommodation, and homestay operations in Cebu and Bohol. We are looking for a Finance Assistant to help organize financial records and prepare regular financial reports for management.
Job Responsibilities
- Record and organize daily income and expense transactions
- Verify payment records, bank transactions, and receipts
- Maintain financial documents and supporting records
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Track revenue from education, accommodation, and homestay operations
- Assist management in monitoring business performance through financial data
- Provide administrative support when required
- Travel occasionally between Cebu and Bohol for work-related duties
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Willing to travel occasionally between Cebu and Bohol
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative work
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
