Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading flexible workspace provider, is looking for a Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients and guests.

This role is ideal for candidates with a hospitality or hotel background who enjoy front-facing, service-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests (in person, phone, email, and live chat).

Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and with empathy.

Provide daily customer support to ensure a seamless experience.

Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.

Maintain product knowledge and meet customer service performance standards.

Job Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality (hotel or similar).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.

Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
