Talentful is shaping the future of how high-growth companies build world-class teams. We partner with some of the fastest-scaling technology businesses to turn talent into a durable competitive advantage and help them win in the market by attracting, engaging, and retaining the top talent who accelerate growth.
Founded in 2015, Talentful brings together seasoned talent leaders who embed seamlessly alongside in-house teams. Through a flexible, subscription-based model, we provide the strategic horsepower and operational execution needed to scale with precision—from executive hiring and workforce planning to improving talent processes, employer brand activation, and building inclusive, high-performing organizations.
Our focus is not simply filling roles, but enabling talent functions to deliver measurable business outcomes. We’ve helped global innovators scale efficiently and thoughtfully, including Alphabet, Microsoft, Pinterest, Atlassian, Expedia, Instacart, Miro, and many more.
With a global team across Europe and the US, we’re united by a single mission: to help every company we work with grow to its highest potential. As we continue building the world’s leading talent consultancy, we’re looking for people who want to help redefine what “recruitment” can be by transforming it into a true driver of business value and long-term competitive advantage.
Mission of the Role: To lead, grow, and retain your portfolio of Enterprise client accounts through excellent delivery, strategic oversight, and team leadership — ensuring clients stay happy, successful, and scaling.
As a Talent Director, you’ll be responsible for driving the performance and success of a portfolio of client projects through strategic leadership, strong project management, and high-impact team oversight. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants, managing delivery across clients while building trusted relationships at every level — from hiring managers to C-suite stakeholders.
Your core focus will be client satisfaction, team performance, and commercial growth. This means not just filling roles, but acting as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering hiring insights, market intelligence, and solutions to complex hiring challenges. You’ll champion client happiness, ensure excellence in delivery, and identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the partnership.
You’ll also represent Talentful’s brand and thinking by delivering impactful sessions such as Talent Audits, workshops, and training, and sharing thought leadership via both formal (QBRs, reporting) and informal (weekly check-ins) client touchpoints.
The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of comparable size, sector and age. Our offers of employment consider a variety of factors, including but not limited to, unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications and business/organizational needs. We have not adjusted the range for differing geographical locations, which we take into consideration when building equitable offers. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it’s so important to us to allow all Talentful employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. A reasonable estimate of the total package compensation range for this role is 165,000-240,000 USD, inclusive of bonuses.
