Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Liaison Officer to handle government-related transactions and coordinate with external agencies on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities
Process permits, licenses, and government documents
Coordinate with agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and local government offices
Submit and follow up company requirements and applications
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide status updates and reports to management
Perform other administrative and fieldwork duties as assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or at least College Level
With experience in liaison or administrative work is an advantage
Familiar with government procedures and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be willing to do fieldwork
With valid driver’s license is a plus
