The Role We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to join a fast growing healthcare AI company that is transforming how clinical teams monitor and care for patients at scale. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and product development. You'll own the deployment lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through long term adoption, ensuring customers realize measurable value while helping shape the future of the platform.
You'll work directly with clinical leaders and internal engineering teams to implement solutions and drive adoption, while uncovering opportunities for product improvement. Every deployment presents unique challenges, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is energized about partnering with diverse stakeholders to solve high impact clinical and operational problems. As the company enters its next phase of growth, you'll play a key role in helping scale implementations across some of the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country.

Compensation Band The starting salary for this role is $150,000 , with a range up to $175,000 USD. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
