Qualifications

Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.

With advance experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.

Supporting the management with general operations to help reach the company's objectives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented

Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking

Ability to work under strict deadlines, can work under pressure

Job Description

Provide support to the management team of the company's specific department.

Responsible for performing clerical duties.

Carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, office communications, etc.

Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

Maintain and update reports.

Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.

Organize office and assist associate in ways that optimize procedures.

Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.

Communicate to different branches.
