Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Information Technology/Business Administrative bachelor's degree

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative or similar role.

With advance experience with office management software like MS Office (Word and Excel)

With advance experience with Adobe Photoshop is an advantage

Excellent written verbal communication skills, and must be detail-oriented.

Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking

Ability to work under strict deadlines can work under pressure

High detail-oriented and organized

Must possess the ability to ask for the sales follow through

Job Description

  • Processing all subsidies and claims for MMPC
  • Processing all sales force incentives for SC, group manager, and branch manager at MMPC
  • Receiving, releasing, and inventory of warranty booklets
  • Generating a subsidy and claims report for internal purposes at GCMHI
  • Releasing and clearing documents for YANA (Mitsubishi)
  • Verifying all MMPC documents and releasing them for Mitsubishi
  • Coordinating with the liaison for the pick-up of payment checks MMPC and their deposit
