Customer Service Representative

We are seeking individuals who have both strong conversational English and Customer Service Skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Escalate customers to US Support when needed.

Assisting customers in navigating the platform (technical support)

Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Be a key player and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience Customer Service, Technical Support, or Service Industry
  • Excellent in conversational English skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Experience in handling retention efforts is an additional plus.
