Position Summary

Interactive Brokers is seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise DDQ/RFP Analyst to join our global team and serve as a key liaison between prospective institutional clients and internal subject matter experts. This role will be instrumental in supporting business development efforts by managing the end-to-end process of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) across all IBKR entities worldwide. The successful candidate will work on the ongoing build out and maintenance of our RocketDocs database platform to streamline and enhance our response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

DDQ/RFP Management

Manage global DDQ and RFP requests from institutional clients and prospects across all Interactive Brokers entities
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses
Review and analyze client requirements to determine appropriate response strategies
Maintain response quality standards and ensure consistency across all submissions
Track and report on DDQ/RFP pipeline, success rates, and performance metrics
Database Management & Technology
Lead the build-out and implementation of the RocketDocs database platform
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of standardized responses and supporting documentation
Ensure database accuracy, currency, and accessibility for global teams
Continuously optimize database structure and content based on emerging client needs and regulatory requirements
Train team members and stakeholders on database functionality and best practices
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Partner with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) across Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, Operations, and Finance
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams
Coordinate review cycles and approval processes with appropriate stakeholders
Serve as primary point of contact for DDQ/RFP-related inquiries
Process Improvement & Strategy
Identify opportunities to streamline DDQ/RFP processes and improve response times
Develop standardized templates, workflows, and procedures
Monitor industry trends and competitor approaches to enhance our competitive positioning
Support business development initiatives through market intelligence gathered from client requests

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to institutional sales, client onboarding, or business development
Previous experience with DDQ/RFP processes in brokerage, asset management, or related financial services environment

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with database management systems and content management platforms
  • Experience with RocketDocs or similar DDQ/RFP management software (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
