As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing Growth Marketing strategies to promote SAVii’s services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. This role encompasses both user acquisition and customer marketing. Depending on business priorities, your primary focus may be supporting acquisition campaigns or driving partner maintenance and retention initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing Operations, the Customer Success Team (CST), and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's user growth objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Utilize insights to devise marketing strategies that target specific customer segments effectively.
Acquisition Focus: Plan and execute acquisition marketing campaigns designed to hit targeted new user creation objectives.
Customer/Retention Focus: Support partner maintenance, engagement, and retention campaigns to ensure ongoing user creation goals are met.
Agility: Maintain the flexibility to cross-train and support both acquisition and retention initiatives as dictated by business priorities.
Execute and manage marketing campaigns, from concept development to implementation and performance analysis (end-to-end campaign management).
Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Together with Marketing Operations, help create engaging and relevant marketing materials including emailers, social messaging posts, SMS, etc.
Ensure that the content adheres to the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or related industry.
Proficiency in using marketing and data analytics tools to gather and interpret data.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills.
Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
