About the Role

Responsibilities

Content Publishing & Scheduling

Post videos and photos created by the internal team across all social media channels.

Adhere to best-practice posting schedules, optimizing timing, format, and frequency for each platform.

Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely output.

Community Management

Respond to every comment and direct message across all platforms promptly.

Provide immediate responses (within the first hour) to all comments after posts go live.

Maintain a tone that is sharp, witty, and fun, yet knowledgeable when necessary.

Copywriting

Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with client's brand voice.

Adapt writing style to enhance audience engagement and maintain consistency.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on organic social media strategies.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content.

Expertise in social media strategy, audience engagement, and community management.

Familiarity with social media tools and analytic platforms.

Consistent and timely content publishing

Audience engagement across platforms (comments, messages, interactions)

Responsiveness, including timely replies to comments and messages

Overall growth and activity across social media channels

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Publish and schedule content across all platforms.

Monitor posts and respond to comments and direct messages promptly.

Engage with the audience, especially within the first hour after posts go live.

Write and refine captions aligned with brand voice.

Manage and update the content calendar to ensure consistency.
