Title: S-CPT-0044 GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems Auditor & Optimization Specialist

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to review, audit, and optimize our existing platform setup. Our system is already well‑developed, and we are not starting from scratch—we need an advanced specialist who can provide expert insights, identify gaps, and take our current build to the next level. We need a truly advanced GHL professional—someone who can come in with an expert eye, analyze the work we’ve already done, and elevate it. You should be comfortable identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and implementing sophisticated setups that maximize the platform’s AI and automation capabilities.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks

Audit & Assessment

Conduct a full audit of our current GHL setup, workflows, automations, pipelines, and overall architecture.

Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved performance and scalability.

Provide a clear, actionable report outlining recommended enhancements and best‑practice improvements.

Optimization & Enhancements

Optimize existing automations, triggers, workflows, and funnels for efficiency and reliability.

Ensure our system is aligned with GHL best practices for small to medium‑sized business environments.

Improve overall system organization, usability, and long‑term maintainability.

Integrations & Advanced Features

Advise and assist with integrating third‑party tools and platforms into GHL.

Configure and guide us on advanced GHL features, including AI‑powered tools and newly released capabilities.

Ensure that all integrations function seamlessly within our existing architecture.

Strategy & Guidance

Provide expert-level recommendations to help us fully utilize GHL’s capabilities.

Offer ongoing strategic advice on how to leverage GHL to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Support our team in understanding system improvements and adopting best practices.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements

Proven expertise in GoHighLevel setup, optimization, and automation design.

Deep understanding of GHL best practices, advanced features, and high‑level system architecture.

Strong experience integrating third‑party applications with GHL.

Knowledgeable in optimizing GHL for small to medium‑sized business operations.

Ability to review complex existing systems and recommend elevated, scalable solutions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

Work Schedule

Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours

Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)

Daily Working Time: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned Contractor’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

Contracted Hours per Week: 40 hours/week

Daily Working Time: 8 AM-12 PM EST

Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
