Job Description

🚜 What You’ll Be Doing

Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care, following blend sheet instructions.

Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, helping build long-term relationships.

Support daily operations, including inventory management, product deliveries, and customer service.

Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season.

Work with a variety of crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa.
