Founded in 2023, Our Client has experienced exceptional growth, recently securing a $13 million Series A investment and achieving approximately 30% month-over-month revenue growth. The company is now scaling its engineering team to accelerate product development and expand its market impact.

Location: London, United Kingdom (On-Site – 5 Days per Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: £150,000 – £200,000 + Equity

Relocation Support: Available for Exceptional Talents

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Develop solutions using Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architectures
• Work directly with customers to understand problems and deliver impactful solutions
• Own the entire product development lifecycle from discovery through deployment
• Design and implement scalable integrations with third-party platforms and CRMs
• Balance rapid iteration and MVP development with long-term technical scalability
• Contribute to engineering best practices including testing, documentation, security, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Professional experience with Python and TypeScript
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered products end-to-end
• Comfortable working across the full technology stack
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced product environments
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to work directly with users and translate feedback into product improvements
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at venture-backed or high-growth startups
• Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-powered automation products
• Strong expertise in asynchronous Python and event-driven systems
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure
• Experience integrating third-party systems and CRM platforms
• Experience taking products from 0-to-1
• Previous founder or startup experience
