Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with regional hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is result-driven, adaptable, and open-minded, with strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pre-onboarding)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements and company culture
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career talks, job fairs, etc
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Passion for recruitment and talent engagement
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Preferred attributes, energetic and positive attitude
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
