We are seeking a Director-level fixed-term employee to provide senior program and project management coverage during a parental leave. This individual will oversee critical initiatives across the Strategic Market Solutions (SMS) function and Xpansiv Connect (XC), with responsibility for cross-functional planning, governance, execution oversight, stakeholder communication, and operational coordination. The role requires strong business judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to keep complex workstreams aligned, on track, and moving forward across multiple teams.
Partnership Management & Commercial Ownership
Provide oversight for key partnership workstreams, including contract coordination, implementation timelines, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
Coordinate across Legal, Finance, Product, and Commercial teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support timely decision-making
Translate partnership and commercial priorities into structured project plans, actionable timelines, and stakeholder-ready updates
Manage coordination of invoicing and commercial operations activities with Finance Operations to support consistency, accuracy, and timely execution
Own the monthly OSP reporting process, consolidating inputs, tracking action items, and preparing clear updates for senior stakeholders
Manage budget tracking and financial planning activities, including forecast coordination, variance monitoring, and follow-up on open items
Develop board and leadership materials that clearly communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
Oversee contract lifecycle workstreams and renewal coordination, ensuring timelines, approvals, and documentation remain on track
Manage Terms of Use and related customer documentation updates, including version control, stakeholder review, and implementation readiness
Oversee pricing operations projects, including coordination of fee changes, approval workflows, and rollout planning
Coordinate customer communications related to pricing, contractual updates, and operational changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams
Manage quarterly financial review preparation and invoicing planning, with focus on issue tracking, timeline management, and follow-through
Product & Operational Execution
Oversee cross-functional delivery of product enhancements and registry integrations, with clear plans, milestones, and readiness checkpoints
Serve as the senior coordination point across Product, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage risks, escalate blockers, and keep initiatives progressing
Drive structured execution of pricing, billing, and commercial operations initiatives through strong planning, governance, and stakeholder management
10+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, or related strategic execution roles
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines
Strong understanding of governance, project planning, budget tracking, risk management, and operational execution
Experience partnering effectively with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, and Commercial functions
Strong analytical, financial, and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear action plans
Exceptional organizational, stakeholder management, and program governance capabilities
Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, yearly compensation in NY region is expected to be as follows:
$170,000 -$185,000
