Position: ADMIN STAFF
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Monitoring office operations and activities
* Encoding and maintaining accurate records and documents
* Preparing and drafting business letters, reports, and correspondence
* Assisting in administrative and clerical tasks
* Coordinating with different departments as needed
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree holder (any business-related course is an advantage)
✅ Must be Male
✅ With experience in administrative work and management
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented and organized
✅ Able to work with less supervision
✅ Willing to be assigned to our Davao City office
