San Miguel Brewery Inc. is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team.
Position: HR Assistant
Location: Davao City
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4- or 5-year course
• Preferably Industrial Engineering or any Business-related program
• Preferably male
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and hiring activities
• Coordinate interviews and applicant requirements
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare reports and other HR-related documents
• Support employee engagement and administrative activities
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
