Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department in the area of Talent Acquisition.
Maintains 201 file monitoring.
Ensure completeness of 201 files prior to onboarding.
Prepare employee materials (IDs, uniforms, etc.).
Assist in managing the recruitment process through contractors.
Foster and maintain good relationships with contractors
Assist in organising and facilitate onboarding process for new employees and on-the-job training personnel.
Sort and file HR related documents.
Adhere to all the company and departmental policies.
College graduate of any degree but preferably in Psychology, Behavioural Studies, or Human Resources Management
Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and HRIS applications.
Organised, meticulous, team player and results oriented.
With ISO training
Application letter and detailed resume (showing relevant evidence where above duties have been performed)
Copy of Diploma and/or bachelor's degree (whichever is applicable)
Any other relevant licenses and certifications
