Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns
Create original, engaging content — copy, graphics direction, and video concepts — that resonates with our target audience
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and on-brand manner
Track and analyze performance metrics and translate insights into smarter content strategies
Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling

Identify growth opportunities, partnership possibilities, and community-building initiatives
3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role (Required)
Deeply familiar with major social platforms and how to create content that performs on each one
A natural storyteller with a strong sense of brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools — Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
Data-driven — you track what works, learn from what doesn't, and adjust without hesitation
Creative and trend-aware — you spot what's gaining traction before it peaks
A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly and takes creative feedback constructively
Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives managing multiple platforms in a fully remote setup
