We are currently seeking Spanish Bilingual Technical/Customer Service Representatives to join a pioneering in-house team supporting a US-based client. This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound customer interactions, providing high-quality technical and customer support in both Spanish and English.
The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, including support for medical devices, ensuring accurate resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot basic technical concerns, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. Training will be provided for product-specific and medical device support to ensure success in the role.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
At least High School Diploma (old or new curriculum)
Minimum of 2 years tenure in current or previous company (non-hopper preferred)
Customer Service or Technical Support experience in a BPO or in-house setting
US Healthcare experience is highly preferred
Strong communication skills with a neutral accent
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
