We are looking for a highly capable Sales Operations Lead who can take full ownership of sales operations and CRM systems. This role is suited for someone who not only picks up and executes existing processes accurately and efficiently, but can also design, improve, and scale new systems and processes to support business growth.
This role will work closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and clear visibility across the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in building and refining processes independently. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential, including the opportunity to step into a team leadership position as the business expands.
Own and manage the CRM system (Pipedrive CRM), ensuring accuracy, structure, and real-time tracking of all partner and deal activity
Design, improve, and implement scalable sales processes, workflows, and systems
Build and maintain efficient pipeline management frameworks, ensuring consistent tracking of leads and deal progression
Establish and enforce best practices for CRM usage, data integrity, and operational consistency
Analyse pipeline performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and efficiency
Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Oversee onboarding workflows, including partner setup and helping prospects to leverage tools and resources
Manage deal creation and lifecycle tracking from application through to completion
Introduce automation and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual work
Provide reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making
Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions
Collaborate closely with leadership to support business growth initiatives
