In this role, you’ll work with individuals navigating complex financial situations, guiding them toward structured solutions such as:
Debt restructuring
Loan consolidation
Refinancing programs
Negotiation and mediation support
This is a revenue-generating role where success comes from strong closing ability, disciplined follow-ups, and consistent pipeline execution.

The mission is to help financially distressed borrowers transition into sustainable repayment programs through disciplined, results-driven advisory sales.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
Own a monthly enrollment and disbursement quota. Convert inbound and assigned leads into program enrollments through structured assessment calls, compelling solution presentations, and confident objection handling. Follow up aggressively to close within target cycle times.
Evaluate each borrower's exposure across lenders, repayment capacity, and urgency. Position restructuring and refinancing as a structured, responsible path forward — not optional advice. Close decisively, but always close responsibly.
Track leads across every stage — Contacted → Qualified → Offered → Enrolled/IPA. Hit daily activity targets on calls, follow-ups, and conversations. Reactivate stalled leads with urgency and maintain 100% CRM accuracy.
Coordinate with credit underwriting, product, and marketing teams to align sales promises with approval criteria. Help reduce onboarding friction and support fast resolution of origination issues.
Performance Metrics & Success Criteria
Success in this role is measured through a combination of core revenue targets and ongoing performance indicators. This is a highly metrics-driven position with clear expectations on both results and execution.
Enrollments & disbursements
Lead → IPA / enrollment
Average enrolled value
Lead → enrollment speed
2–4 years in quota-driven B2C sales — consumer lending, digital lending, debt consolidation, mediation advisory, or solutions-based financial product sales
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
Experience handling financially distressed or subprime customers is a strong advantage
