Who are we seeking?
We're looking for a detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to help us assess borrower creditworthiness, support loan settlements, and ensure our credit decisions are both sound and compliant. This is a role where your analytical skills directly contribute to real borrower outcomes — helping people get back on solid financial footing.
A fast-growing financial technology and advisory firm specializing in distressed consumer credit and subprime segments across the Asia-Pacific region.
What will you do?
Review bureau reports, bank statements, and KYC documents to evaluate creditworthiness and make sound lending decisions within the company's risk appetite.
Assess repayment capacity before settlement, handle all current obligations, secure proof of settlement, and coordinate with legal and credit teams for faster disbursements.
Guide borrowers through settlement terms and obligations, resolve disputes, and provide financial counseling — with empathy and clarity.
Track portfolio performance, default trends, and settlement outcomes. Turn data into insights that improve credit and mediation strategies.
Work with credit risk, legal, and customer service teams internally, and coordinate with external lenders to ensure smooth loan closures.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, credit risk, or a closely related role
Fluent in Tagalog and English (both mandatory)
Experience in fintech, digital lending, or consumer finance is a strong advantage
Exposure to subprime or distressed borrower segments is a plus
Skills & tools
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
Comfortable working with CRM tools and financial analysis software
Solid understanding of credit bureau data, KYC processes, and lending compliance
Who you are
Analytical and detail-oriented — you catch things others miss
A clear communicator who can explain complex financial terms to borrowers plainly
Empathetic but objective — you understand borrowers are under stress without letting it cloud your judgment
Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into actionable insights
What’s in store for you?
Work on high-impact financial solutions with real customer outcomes
Clear, performance-based career progression
Opportunity to move into leadership roles based on results
Exposure to a fast-growing fintech environment
Merit-driven culture with strong earning potential
