FIELD COORDINATOR – DIRECT HIRE
Deployment Site: Angeles, Pampanga
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to 7-Eleven stores in Angeles and Mabalacat to assess the status and performance of employee-members.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor, track, and provide updates regarding new, active, and inactive employee-members.
Maintain good relationships with clients and employee-members.
Submit necessary reports and updates related to field operations and employee-member status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Male (Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license)
Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
At least 6 months of experience in client and employee relations management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel and work on various field assignments
Working Conditions:
3 days of field-based work and 2 days of onsite arrangement
Company-provided laptop and work equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
Above-minimum monthly salary
Meal allowance during field assignments
Gas allowance (3x based on odometer reading)
Motorcycle rental allowance
Paid government-mandated benefits
No end-of-contract policy
