主要职责:
Act as the primary point of contact for air logistics clients, building trust and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and booking teams to manage orders and optimize cargo space allocation.
Monitor end-to-end shipment transportation to ensure smooth delivery.
Handle escalated delivery issues and follow through until resolution.
Assist with sales billing verification and data validation to ensure accurate and timely freight payment collection.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Ability to handle emails and systems in English, with basic spoken English communication skills.
Adaptable, proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
