This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to play a strategic role in shaping how data is used to drive decisions, insights, and innovation across our business, partners, and customer ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and use cases—translating them into actionable analytics requirements and solutions. You will collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data architecture, data pipelines, and data structures are aligned with analytical needs. You will also design and deliver interactive, comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI to inform critical tactical and strategic decisions.
You will help move the organization beyond reactive reporting towards forward-looking, scalable, and value-driven analytics, enabling more data-informed decision-making across the business.
Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering
Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand objectives, challenges, and success metrics across functions
Translate business goals into clear, well-defined data and analytics requirements
Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Design and maintain robust data models to support reporting and analytical use cases
Design, build, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI for internal and partner facing use cases
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of analytics assets
Apply analytics best practices to improve insight quality, performance, and scalability
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and data structures align with analytical and reporting needs
Contribute to defining and evolving an analytics roadmap aligned with business and product priorities
Act as a contributor and advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related role
Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders
Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable analytics deliverables
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at various levels
Domain knowledge of ERP or other enterprise application platforms (e.g., finance, supply chain, CRM, E-Commerce) is highly desirable
Strong experience in data modeling and analytical design
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including data source setup and development of interactive dashboards
Experience with Microsoft Power BI (Data Analysis Expressions knowledge is a plus)
Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical queries
Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis (machine learning experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
Understanding of data governance principles and compliance standards
