Pay & Contractor Status

1099 Independent Contractor

Drivers earn a minimum of $120.00 per day, depending on member loaded miles.

Earnings discussed and emailed during a phone screen.

Paid weekly via direct deposit

$100.00 bonus being offered for qualifying drivers who get credentialed within 7 days. Discussed during the call.

Vehicle Requirements

Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating

No vans or gas guzzlers

Your name MUST be listed on the vehicle you will use.

General Preliminary Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older.

Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.

Be able to pass a complimentary DOT exam.

Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.

Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).

Have a good Driving Record - No more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (5) years.

Network Onboarding Requirements

• Clean background & driving record
• Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
• Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2–3 hrs each; provided)
