In this role, you will be responsible for addressing client needs and resolving support-related issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Should be able to directly interact with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, etc.
Should be able to monitor/track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues and concerns raised by client
Knowledge on any service or helpdesk management system is a plus
Should be able to conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve on and perform effectively and efficiently
Experience with technical writing especially documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, problems and solutions for customers and other support personnel, creating user’s manual
