IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the data analytics/dashboard and web/app development service lines.

Manage P&L for both functions.

Oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds.

Manage team development across both technical skill sets.

Requirements

Experience with project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Management of at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines.

Background in either data analytics or web development (with experience managing the other).

Experience in an agency or professional services environment.

Direct P&L ownership

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Experience with web development (WordPress, React, etc.).

Strong client-facing experience.
