Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and responsive Maintenance Coordinator to manage property maintenance requests, vendor assignments, and work order follow-ups. The ideal candidate will coordinate repair and service needs between tenants, vendors, and property managers, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to maintenance requests via phone, email, or property management software
  • Create, assign, and monitor work orders in coordination with vendors and technicians
  • Communicate service updates with tenants and property owners
  • Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction
  • Verify and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage emergency maintenance situations with appropriate urgency
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and vendor performance records
  • Generate maintenance activity reports for property managers and owners

Qualifications and Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams

Preferred

  • Background in handling residential and property maintenance
  • Knowledge of maintenance workflows, service SLAs, and tenant satisfaction practices
  • Experience in handling after-hours or emergency maintenance requests

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America
  • Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
