Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the ongoing maintenance of our Shopify store and SquareSpace website. Your role will focus on content updates, automation checks, and ensuring both platforms stay functional, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.

Responsibilities Include

Shopify Support

• Troubleshoot automation flows like abandoned cart emails
• Maintain and verify integrations with CRM and email systems
• Coordinate Shopify workflows with marketing campaigns

SquareSpace Maintenance

• Update website visuals, blog posts, testimonials, and contact details
• Assist in quarterly refreshes for improved design and UX
• Suggest layout and navigation improvements
• Content & Coordination
• Help maintain an on-brand and organized website
• Upload new product info and schedule blog content
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with the internal team

Qualifications

Experience with Shopify and SquareSpace
